    Hey Jessica,

Online Nutrition Degrees are definitely the way to go as you have the opportunity to study on ur own terms,
Online Nutrition Degrees from an accredited university is just as good and as much in demand as any other degree from a reputed university bcz after all, they are accredited by a higher commission

Check out this website. I hope all ur queries would be resolved

http://www.gradschools.com/Subject/Nutrition/291.html This will get you started. You can search by location. No, on-line degrees do not have the same worth (not accredited). Many programs offer some on-line courses in addition to in-class. Good luck to you! (college professor)

Talk to the people who hire registered dietitians at the hospitals and clinics in your community and see what their feelings are about online degrees. If they don’t give them the consideration they do for brick and mortar schools, then the on-line only schools are a waste of your time and money.
Conversely, if an accredited brick and mortar school also offers on-line classes for people in your situation, that would be worth more investigation. Here you might ask to speak to graduates of the program and see what kind of jobs they were able to find, and whether employers objected to the on-line classes. Most likely, these schools will require you to put in some face time for some classes or for testing purposes, but still that is better than trying to juggle regular, full time attendance.
In the meantime, you might investigate whether your employer or your state offer tuition assistance for advanced medical degrees such as this. Good-luck.

If a particular university offers the same degree by onsite and external modes – then external is fine. If they only offer the degree in external mode – it sounds a bit iffy.
